Rossal House is a character cottage comfortably set out with a very warm stove situated in a large living room,
the views from all directions are outstanding with a well kept fenced garden allowing for either children or dogs to play safely.
The occasional train passes at the bottom of the garden.
A trout river runs through the grounds, and flows between the Mound of Rogart and the Heights of Lairg.
The sands and famous golf courses at Dornoch and Golspie are easily reached, and it is an easy drive to the West Coast, Cape Wrath or John O’Groats.

Facilities provided:
Rossal House is a self catering cottage allowing for up to six adults to sleep in comfort.
Ground floor: Living room, dining room/kitchen, one twin bedroom, shower room with toilet and lobby.
First floor: Two bedrooms: one double, one twin, bathroom with toilet.
There is a multi-fuel stove in the living room, fuel provided. Bed linen and towels are included.
Other facilities include: oil central heating and electric water heating, DVD, video, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, freezer, wi-fi, telephone with honesty box.
Outside: Large enclosed garden with furniture and clothes drier. There is ample parking available.
Up to two pets are welcome. No smoking allowed.
Local attractions:
Pony trekking, river and loch fishing, mountain biking, castles and falconry. The local shop and pub are three miles away.
